Returns, Exchanges & Order Changes

Can I return an order?

Yes, you can request return an order within 14days of receiving goods. Goods must be returned unused to qualify for refund or exchange

How do I request a refund?

If you wish to return your goods or if you have a problem with your order then please get in touch with us first so we can resolve the issue by clicking here to Contact Us
Simply fill out our Contact Us Form and advise which items you are looking to return and the reason for the return. Once we have agreed that return is the best option to resolve the issue, we will then provide a return authorisation and a returns label to return the goods at your own convenience. 
 
CAN  I RETURN USED PRODUCTS?
The short answer is No; we do not accept used products back even if the wrong item is sent, therefore please check your order once received to ensure its what you ordered or require, if it is not, please request return and return the items unused for refund or exchange as the case may be

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We have had instances where a very small number of buyers are buying products that they probably require for single use, using them and returning them for refund, this is very unacceptable and we have now put very strict measures in place to deal with this as it affects our business and other very loyal customers negatively. As we end up discarding such returns, incurring losses and this will in the long run  lead to higher pricing on products being passed on to our loyal customers and we really would not like to do this. Therefore, once goods are returned, the products will be thoroughly checked for any sign of use such as stains etc. Once checked ok, the refund will be done within 7 days of receiving the items back unused and as sent in its original individual packaging. However, if any sign of use is discovered, an email with documented evidence of the stains etc or the sign of use as the case may be will be sent to the buyer and the buyer will be required to arrange the collection of the goods from our warehouse within 7 working days or the goods will be discarded and no refund will be issued. In addition to this, the buyer will be barred from making any further purchases from our website. 
 

Do I have to pay for my return?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return option if the order is sent as ordered. However you can use our courier return system to create a returns label at reduced rates and this fee will be deducted from your refund.
 
 

What do I do if an item is faulty?

If you are among the very few number of our customers who receive a faulty item, please let us know by getting in touch with us within 5 working days to report this. We will usually ask for you to send photos and a brief description of the damages to sales@chaircover4wedding.co.uk and or via our Whatsapp support. Commonly, damaged items are resolved with either a refund, partial refund or a replacement product shipped out.
 
 
Can I cancel my order?
 

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before items are dispatched. We will then issue full refund your order within 3 working days. If an order is shipped within the specified timeframe and courier attempts delivery and goods were rejected by you due to any reason or for goods no longer required,  when the goods are returned, we will refund excluding our original postage at £7.50 for express and economy orders, the original shipping charge will not be refunded for premium orders cancelled after shipping. Please if due to courier delays, your order is running late, please reject the goods when the courier attempts to deliver, otherwise you may be responsible for the return charges. Therefore, it is very important not to accept goods from the courier if it is no longer required or you may be responsible for returning goods at your costs to us even if the courier delivered the goods late

 

Can I return customised products?

Customised goods/made to measure products which have been produced specifically to customer requirements cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Therefore,

we strongly advise you order a sample first for all customised/made to measure products and please check all goods as soon as they are received to confirm suitability.

 

My refund has been approved, when will the refund be in my account?

We will issue refunds once the goods have been returned and checked over in our warehouse. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method used to place your order. Once we have issued a refund, it may take up to 3-5 working days to clear into your account depending on your bank.
 

Can I use my own courier to return items?

Yes, you do not have to use our returns system,  simply click on Contact Us here to email our customer service team and they'll send you returns authorisation with our address to return the goods yourself
