1. Are the prices on the website hire prices or purchase prices?

Yes, all prices shown on the website are prices you pay to buy our products

2. Do you sell to consumers or businesses?

We sell goods only to business customers only.  A business customer may be anyone, whether a sole trader or a registered company, who buys products from us in the course of their trade, this includes venue dressers, event planners, hotels and every other business customers. Therefore our terms and conditions has been put together to comply with The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 (UCTA) which covers transactions between businesses.

3. Do you offer trade rates

All our prices are trade rates and they are very competitively prices

4. Do you charge Vat separately?

Yes, all our pricing  excludes vat at £20%

5. Do you zero vat for customers outside UK (Vat Registered customers in European Union Countries and all customers in Africa, Australia, Malta and other countries outside the European Union)

We no longer offer zero vat to European customers following Brexit as we no longer ship to Europe

6. Do you offer a bulk order discount?

All products on our website are already wholesale priced as most of our customers are business customers! And anybody can take advantage of our amazing pricing and we do offer huge discounts daily, so you will get an incredible bargain on every order. If there is any discount available, it will be shown on the product listing.  

7. I have seen the product I require, how do I make a purchase?

Steps to make purchase are detailed below:

a) Click on the product category required

b) Select the product required

c) The system displays a table with the different price breaks for each quantity of product required

d) Input the quantity of item required in the box provided

e)Click Buy Now to complete purchase

8. What is the delivery timescales for orders?

For UK  Orders: 

Premium Next day delivery Orders are processed same day for orders placed before 12noon and delivered next working day (Mondays to fridays) . There is a bit of flexibility with cut off time, so please contact us via email or via text or Whatsapp to  07882285136 if you have missed the 12noon cut off time as we may still be able to ship same day after 12noon subject to prior agreement)

Express Orders are processed within 24hours and delivered within 1-2days ,

Economy Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and delivered by 2-3days economy delivery service, total = 3 to 4 working days for economy orders.

For International Orders

Delivery timescale will be shown once items are added to the basket and the delivery country selected from the drop down button

9. Do you charge for deliveries

Yes, we charge delivery for all goods ordered on the website, express delivery is free for orders over £70, premium next day delivery incurs very slight charges based on total cost of purchase and will be shown once items are added to the basket

10. Do you deliver/send outside of UK. If so how much would delivery cost to a particular country, say Republic of Ireland? 

 11. Can the bulk order discount apply for the same products if more than 1 colour is required?

All of our prices are wholesale, however, if a bulk discount applies for a particular product, assuming one , for instance, if buying 550 sashes in a mixture of 10 colours, just input the order as 1 colour but please ensure you put in the comment the different colours and quantities required on check out

1. Are your pipe and drape system heavy duty and adjustable?

All our pipe and drape system are heavy system and are and adjustable both in height and in width (except otherwise specified -for the fixed height uprights and crossbars)

If  a system comes with 6-10ft (1.8m to 3m) upright, such as a 3m x 3m stand and 3m x 6m stand; it means that the height will be adjustable from 6ft to 10ft (1.8m to 3m)

 Height is adjustable from 6-10ft (1.8m 3m), width is adjustable from 7 to 12ft(2.13m-3.65m)

2. Are your economy stands heavy duty and adjustable?

Economy stands are adjustable both in height and width but they are not heavy duty

 For a 6m x 3m economy stand, it can be used as both a 3m x 3m stand or a 6m x 3m stand and the height will be adjustable from about 6ft to 10ft (1.8m to 3m) for each upright and same way for each crossbars. The 3m x 3m stand system can be used as a 2m x 3m or 2m x 2m as it is adjustable
