Overview
In order to reduce the risk of fraud, we must ask you to provide us information about yourself and your credit or debit card and/or bank account when placing an order. By consenting to, and agreeing the terms of, the Privacy Policy, you also expressly consent and agree to us processing your data in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. Sandrachaircovers Ltd takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. However, in order for us to offer our services to our users; to enhance the quality of its service from time to time; and to protect the interests of our users, we will in limited circumstances and as further described in more detail throughout this policy, share some of your information with third parties under strict restrictions. It is important for you to review this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all services that are hosted on our website.

By accepting the Privacy Policy and User Agreement in registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information and direct us to do so in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. 
Your privacy is important to us. Please note that by accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to your personally identifiable information being stored and processed on our card providers systems, as set out in the section entitled, "Disclosure to Third Parties" below. If you disagree with the terms of Privacy Policy, please do not register for nor use our service.


Notification of Changes

This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to our service or as we incorporate suggestions from our customers. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our web site. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if we propose to change this Privacy Policy in a substantial manner, we will provide you with at least 30 days' prior notice of such a change by posting notice on the "Policy Updates" page of our website(s). After this 30 days notice, you will be considered as having expressly consented to all amendments to the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may close your account at any time.

As stated above, we will post the amended Privacy Policy prominently on our website so that you can always review what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. 

A Special Note About Children.

Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the service.

Information We Collect
Required Information

When submitting an order, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. In order to make certain payments through, you must provide credit card, debit card or bank account information. We also ask you to choose two different security questions to answer (such as your city of birth or your pet's name). This required information is necessary for us to process transactions, issue a new password if you forget or lose your password, protect you against credit card fraud and current account fraud, and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account.
When making an online purchase, your financial details will be taken directly by our card processor, we will not see or store any of this information. However, if making a payment via the telephone, we shall directly input your details into the card processing system, therefore once payment has gone through we shall no longer have evidence of any financial details.

Our staff are advised not to write your details anywhere but to process the payment directly to the card processing system whilst on the phone with the customer, therefore reducing any risk of other parties accessing your secure details. Under no circumstances do we store your financial details. Your card will be debited immediately when making an online purchase, for telephone payments please allow up to 48 hours for your payment to be processed.
An email shall be sent immediately confirming your payment transaction. Please retain a copy of your receipt.
All our prices are stated in GBP.
Transaction Information
We retain this information for each of your transactions through our card processor and may add this information to your account profile to be used for future transactions that you may make with us. We also collect the Internet address (IP address) and other identifying information about the computer or device you use to access your account, in order to help detect possible instances of unauthorised transactions.

Information About You From Third Parties
In order to protect all our customers against potential fraud, we verify the information you provide with bank processors. In the course of such verification, we receive personally identifiable information about you from such services. In particular, if you register a credit card or debit card with our card processor, we will use card authorisation and fraud screening services to verify that your card information and address match the information that you supplied, and that the card has not been reported as lost or stolen.
Additional Verification
If we cannot verify the information that you provide we ask you to send us additional information by fax (such as your driving licence, credit card statement, and/or a recent utility bill or other information linking you to the applicable address), or to answer additional questions online to help verify your information.
Our Use of "Cookies"
"Cookies" are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow our card processor to recognise you as customer if you return to our site using the same computer and browser. We send a "session cookie" to your computer if and when you log in to your account by entering your email address and password. These cookies allow us to recognise you if you visit multiple pages in our site during the same session, so that you don't need to re-enter your password multiple times. Once you log out or close your browser, these session cookies expire and no longer have any effect.

We also use longer-lasting cookies for other purposes such as to display your email address on our sign-in form, so that you don't have to retype the email address each time when you log in to your account We encode our cookies so that only we can interpret the information stored in them. You are free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but doing so may interfere with your use of our website.
Customer Service Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including emails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from us to you. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship, to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

Internal Uses
We collect, store and process your personal information on our card processors servers. Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customised experience. You agree that we may use your personal information to: provide the services and customer support you request;

1.Resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;

2.Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our User Agreement;

3.Customise, measure, and improve our services and the content and layout of our website;

4.Tell you about targeted marketing, service updates, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences;

5.Compare information for accuracy, and verify it with third parties.

Information Security

Sandrachaircovers Ltd is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorise access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.
